Based on the existing sections, the technical specification is prepared for the development of other sections of the project: water supply, sewerage, electricity, heating and other engineering systems. The content of the section is determined by the specifics. For example, for a production enterprise it is important to specify the directions of cargo flows, sources of raw materials and specifics of resource distribution; for a medical institution it is necessary to note the presence of backup communications, ensuring uninterrupted operation of equipment.

We will prepare project documentation required for the construction of various facilities. Our experts will study the initial data received from the customer, determine their compliance with regulatory requirements. The basic list of source documentation required for the development of the section is as follows: general plan of the land plot, architectural solutions, structural solutions, power supply.

The process includes completing a design task, zoning the room with equipment layout plans, describing technological processes and logistics schemes, calculating energy consumption, drawing up a cargo flow diagram, and ensuring compliance with labour safety requirements.

The design documentation of the section specifies general data, the plan of organisation of domestic and administrative premises. The dimensions and types of equipment, the distance between its main units, the width of aisles are listed. The specification contains information on the type of equipment, its dimensions, power consumption.
