COMPREHENSIVE APPROACH

Our philosophy and value system is to apply Agile (Scrum and Kanban) and Lean (a combination of Theory of Constraints and Lean Production) methodologies in project work.

We focus on finding optimal solutions and reducing material intensity; linking, synchronisation, bilateral import/export of data from one software to another in a collaborative project to minimise errors and prevent incorrect manual data entry; developing environments, component databases, family libraries, macros, report templates and specifications, reducing and optimising labour costs.

QUALITY CONTROL

Multi-level checks of design solutions: documentation quality check by the direct developer and chief/lead specialist (team leader), norm control; automated collision check by BIM-coordinator.

Results

Format of the developed design documentation: design and explanatory note or static and dynamic design reports - PDF + original design file; connection design reports - PDF + original design files; 3D model - AUTODESKREVIT or TEKLA Structures + IFC, NWD format; working drawings - DWG + PDF.
