Coordination of BIM projects
The BIM coordinator is the link between all project participants. He is responsible for managing the project from the BIM side throughout its lifecycle, providing assurance of model quality in accordance with BIM documents, timely model updates, conflict identification and resolution, as well as training and support to the team in BIM issues. While working on the project, we used Teamviewer for coordination and Skype for communication. The team of ENECA was very flexible, diligent and client-oriented. Though there were some difficulties with communication and work flow at the beginning, we managed to establish a well-coordinated process afterwards.
